We’re so excited to welcome Salem’s Cozy Taberna back for the second summer.
Join us for a delightful evening on our vineyard patio on August 27th, 2026 at 6 pm.
Tickets are $150 per person, and include a four course prix-fixe menu and wine pairings and a 20% gratuity.
Attendees must be 21 years or older and reservations are paid at the time of booking.
For an additional $123 a VIP Package is available, which includes a special bottle from Iterum founder, Joe Dobbes, and two Cozy Taberna wine glasses.

Labor Day Weekend Open House

We are looking forward to opening our doors on Saturday, September 5th for our annual Labor Day Weekend Open House! We are kicking off harvest with the release of our 2022 Estate Pinot Noirs at the event which will be shared among other Iterum Wines.
The Open House is from 12pm-4pm. For the first time ever, Joe will kick off the day with a special Vineyard Hour starting at 11am, before the Open House begins at noon. This will be a first-hand peak into Iterum’s 2026 vintage just days before the harvest begins.
Joe has been making wine for 40 years. In 2017 he took a two year break from the wine world and looked back on years of experience through a new lens. He questioned every part of the process from vineyard planting to winemaking. When he decided to return and create Iterum, he implemented his newly defined wine philosophy.
