Tastings At The Orchard House
At Iterum, hospitality is rooted in conversation, curiosity, and time well spent. Our private tasting experiences are intentionally untraditional—designed to be intimate, personal, and unhurried. Hosted personally by Owner & Winemaker Joe Dobbes and Co-Owner Patricia Dobbes, each experience takes place at their Orchard House Estate Vineyard, perched on the west slope of the Eola-Amity Hills.
Private tastings are offered daily by appointment from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

The Iterum Tasting
$50 Per Person
A private, seated tasting of six Iterum Wines, thoughtfully customized to your reservation.
The $50 tasting fee is waived with the purchase of three bottles per person or when joining the Full Circle Society Subscription.
Full Circle Society Subscription holders are offered one complimentary Iterum Tasting annually.
A spread of charcuterie and cheese du jour may be added for $40 (serves two people).
The Kitchen Tasting
$100 Per Person
This experience is inspired by Joe’s belief that the best conversations are had in the kitchen–the heart of his home. Join Joe as he holds court in his kitchen and prepares a bite inspired by his favorite flavors of the season and paired with a customized flight of six wines.
The $100 tasting fee is non refundable.
The Orchard House Vineyard Tour & Tasting
$100 Per Person
Join Winemaker, Joe Dobbes, for a Polaris ride through the vines. Tour the volcanic slopes of the 13 acre estate and old oak grove for an intimate understanding of the terroir. After, enjoy a seated tasting of six estate wines on the vineyard patio with panoramic views of the Eola-Amity Hills and Van Duzer Corridor.
The $100 tasting fee is waived with the purchase of six bottles per person or when joining the Full Circle Society Subscription.
This experience can be booked for 1-4 people at a time and is weather dependent. For groups of more than four people, we are happy to take the tour on foot. Please dress appropriately with comfortable shoes, layers, SPF, hat etc.

Bocce Ball & A Bottle
6 Bottle Purchase Requirement
Exclusively available for Full Circle Society Subscription holders.
Subscription holders are invited to join us on the vineyard patio for Bocce Ball & A Bottle. A purchase requirement of 6 bottles per reservation is required to book this experience and is bookable up to 8 people. Any wine not enjoyed while with us can be brought home.
Each reservation will have the patio for 3 hours.
